Frequently Asked Questions
Are your cattle grass-fed?
Our cattle live on pasture from birth to slaughter. They always have fresh grass to eat. We also offer free-choice minerals and feed, meaning they have access to it and can eat it at their own free will.
What does your feed consist of?
Our feed is a blend of cotton seed husks, oats, and corn free of pesticides.
Do your cattle receive any hormones, antibiotics, or any conventional or mRNA vaccines?
No, we do not use growth hormones, antibiotics, or any type of vaccines. We pride ourselves on making sure our cattle live in the most healthy, natural conditions which does not require them to have any sort of injections.
Are the animals born on the ranch?
All of our animals are born and raised on the ranch. The only animals that are ever brought in occasionally are bulls in order to promote optimal herd genetics.

Your steer will be transported from the ranch where it will be slaughtered and processed at a local USDA processing facility. Your beef will be dry-aged at least 14 days, then each cut will be individually vacuum sealed, labeled, and weighed.
